By accessing or using GradientPond's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service Description
GradientPond provides a machine learning platform for experiment tracking, model evaluation, model registry, and production monitoring. We offer free and paid tiers with varying feature sets and usage limits.
Your Data
You retain all rights to your data, including experiment logs, model artifacts, and evaluation results. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GradientPond to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Enterprise customers receive custom SLA agreements.
Limitation of Liability
GradientPond's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
