Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We store data in SOC 2 compliant data centers with geographic redundancy. Enterprise customers can choose their data residency region.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export all your experiment data via our API or request complete account deletion by contacting privacy@gradientpond.com.
